NUTRITION

Our approach to nutrition is designed around moderation. Our plans are strict – because we can’t guarantee that you’re consuming the right amount of calories to support fat loss without weighing foods, BUT they are not restrictive!

The calories you consume surrounds who you are as person to support a HEALTHY calorie deficit (the difference between a healthy deficit and just not eating enough cals is a topic for another day). We take into account your daily activity ie job and how many times a you are exercising.

This industry is my passion. It is my life and I have been so very lucky to have been able to do what I do. I have worked in Leisure & Fitness since 2010, being a fully qualified PT since 2011, building up my client base and reputation to then going freelance and getting closer and closer to where we are now.

I am very humbled to have worked with so many amazing people over the years and witnessed some life changing transformations.

From an early age Logan has been influenced by sport and the drive to push forward in physical fitness. Playing football at a county level, he has experience in sports specific training that he constantly transfers across to his clients now.

Tom is a REPs registered, fully qualified and insured PT and has worked in the leisure industry since 2010, also as a lifeguard, swim teacher and fitness instructor.

Tom has experience working with individuals and large groups, aged four and above and people of all abilities from beginners all the way through to advanced clients.

Charlotte has been a qualified personal trainer since 2014. She was part of a very busy fast paced Virgin Active health club in central London, where she acquired some impressive qualifications!

Charlotte’s spirited enthusiasm for a variety of training methods including callisthenics and Kettle Bells as well as plant based nutrition, will guarantee a uniquely individual personal training experience.
