Today’s post comes from Natalie Sherie Wesson. After her final weigh in yesterday morning, her total weight loss was 17lbs along side 4 inches lost from her waist!!

I just wanted to thank you again, the Oakey team are fantastic!!!! I love coming to sessions, I enjoy the nutrition plan and I’m super super pleased with the results from my first 9 weeks!!!
Starting this I was struggling massively with my weight and it had been a tough year or so for me also for various reasons…this plan has literally changed my life in so many ways, both physically and mentally!!!!
This morning was so emotional, for the first time in a long time ‘I’m proud of me’!!! I can’t wait to see the changes in the next 9 weeks!!!!
You’ve done incredibly well Nat and we say the same thing all the time, but amazing things can happen from genuinely just pushing yourself mentally. We’re all capable of so much more.
We’ve given you the tools, the nutrition and training, but you are the person who’s challenged yourself and look what’s happened – you look like a new person!
If you want to make a change but don’t have ridiculous amounts of time, need something that’s realistic and something that’s enjoyable, get in contact!! ??
