We work out exactly how many calories you need to support whatever your goal is. All in direct relation to who you are as a person and your calorie expenditure.
Let’s say for example, you sit down all day and exercise 2x a week for 40 mins – you’ll then be given calories in relation to that.
If your on your feet all day and you also exercise 5x a week, then your calories will be higher and in line with that!
Eating the right amount of calories is number one priority and is paramount.
It’s just maths. It’s so simple and maths doesn’t lie!
1. You consume the right amount of calories to support whatever goal you have. Fat loss/gain muscle etc.
2. You consume the right amount of daily protein to help support your metabolic rate and satiety level.
3. The rest of your calories are made up of both carbs and fats and that can be to your preference.
4. We fill your plan with pretty much whatever you tell us to! Full of the foods you like! You don’t have to eat anything you don’t want to. We’ll do the rest!
