Alongside, we will be introducing you to a variety of conditioning pieces to build upon all of the body’s energy systems. Creating an engine that leaves you looking and feeling a cut above the rest.
Our monthly training is programmed by our lead coach Tom Oakley, who has 10 years of experience in the industry as a Personal trainer. He is a Level 4 strength and conditioning coach alongside being a Functional fitness coach.
The programme is best suited to those with a good background in fitness and an understanding of functional fitness.
