Powered by the Zoom™ app, the free video call service, our team of motivated and engaging Personal trainers will be taking you through well-designed workouts that, regardless of your goal, will be suitable for you.
All you need is either a Dumbbell or a Kettle Bell weighing around 10kg, depending on your ability OR a resistance band.
Every exercise will be performed with either one of the three options. We will be showing you in detail, what you’re doing with each exercise and why!
With minimal equipment and clever programming, you can still push yourself and progress with your training!
